Art Vasquez elected to Everwise Board of Directors
SOUTH BEND, IN (May 3, 2024) — Everwise Credit Union is pleased to announce that Art Vasquez was elected to its Board of Directors during the credit union’s Annual Meeting last week. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, finance, and community service, Vasquez brings a wealth of expertise to Everwise as he begins his three-year term. With this appointment, Vasquez became the ninth member of the Everwise Board of Directors.
Vasquez serves as the President of IU Health Arnett and the West Central Region. He joined IU Health in 2016 and has held various leadership positions during his tenure. Before joining IU Health, Vasquez held leadership roles at St. Catherine’s Hospital in East Chicago and Kaufman, Hall & Associates in Skokie, Illinois.

Vasquez holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Purdue University, Hammond and is a certified public accountant. He serves on the boards of the Indiana Latino Institute, The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Professional Management Group, and The United Way of Greater Lafayette. Vasquez is a member of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2019 class of Forty Under 40 and the 2023 recipient of the La Plaza Outstanding Corporate Leader Award. He and his family live in West Lafayette.
