Members and the Board of Directors of Artmet Federal Credit Union voted on November 17 to approve a merger with RTN Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Waltham. The merger is effective December 1.
Artmet currently serves the employees and family members Artisan Industries of Stoughton, MA (formerly located on Pond Street in Waltham). Artisan Industries has been providing innovative thermal separation process solutions to industry for more than 85 years. Artmet FCU currently has 49 members with $300,000 in assets.
