Austin Telco Federal Credit Union welcomes new Training and Development Manager

AUSTIN, TX (April 12, 2024)Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is excited to announce Jason Eddleton as their new Training and Development Manager. This strategic addition to the team underscores Austin Telco’s commitment to employee excellence and member satisfaction through enhanced training programs and developmental initiatives.

“We are thrilled to have Jason on our team,” said Tammy Carter, VP of Human Resources at Austin Telco. “His experience and approach to training and development aligns with our vision of investing in our employees to better serve our members. I am confident that with Jason, our training programs will help drive us further in the financial industry.”

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University. He is a Certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and is a DDI (Development Dimensions International) Certified Facilitator.

Jason brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Austin Telco, he created training initiatives as the Senior Learning and Development Business Partner at University Federal Credit Union. Prior to his credit union experience, Jason worked as an Educator for AISD for over 8 years. His experience in impactful training is expected to drive Austin Telco’s mission of providing unparalleled service to its members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among staff.
