COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (April 23, 2014) -- Aventa Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Deborah Brown to Vice President Human Resources and Development at Aventa Credit Union. She previously held the position of Director of Human Resources and Professional Development at Aventa.
Brown has 17 years’ experience in human resources and oversees staffing, compensation, employee performance, benefits, and payroll.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is involved with several local non-profits. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
