Newport News, May 25, 2011 – BayPort Credit Union hosted its annual scholarship banquet on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at the Mariners’ Museum and awarded more than $50,000 to deserving scholastic recipients.

This year’s banquet honored a total of twenty winners from across the Greater Hampton Roads area and featured Don Roberts, Wavy TV 10 personality, who delivered an encouraging speech regarding the rewards of excellence.
