Be The Good Foundation awards grant to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley 

Grant funding will help provide engaging arts and cultural experiences for youth this summer

Be The Good Foundation is proud to announce Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley as its latest grant recipient, continuing the Foundation’s mission of supporting organizations that create meaningful and lasting impact throughout the communities they serve. 

The organization officially received the grant during a check presentation ceremony on Thursday, May 21. The funding will help power the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley’s Summer Arts & Cultural Programming, creating opportunities for young people to engage in creative expression, explore diverse cultural experiences, and build meaningful connections during the summer season. 

This investment reflects Be The Good Foundation’s commitment to its giving pillar of community-wide cultural and social enrichment, supporting programs that broaden access to arts, education, and experiences that strengthen communities and bring people together.

For decades, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley has served as a trusted resource for youth and families across the Quad City region, offering programming that supports academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership development, and character growth. Their commitment to creating positive opportunities for children and teens continues to make a lasting difference in the community. 

Be The Good Foundation was established to invest in organizations and initiatives that embody compassion, service, opportunity, and positive community impact. Through strategic partnerships and community-focused giving, the Foundation aims to support programs that help communities thrive.

Be The Good Foundation encourages nonprofit organizations and community groups to apply for future funding opportunities through the dedicated Be The Good Foundation landing page on the Vibrant Credit Union website

Organizations whose missions align with the Foundation’s giving pillars: including cultural enrichment, community development, education, wellness, and service are encouraged to submit grant requests for consideration.
