Belvoir Federal Awards 10 Members with Prizes from Annual Web Hunt

– Belvoir Federal Credit Union awards ten members with high-tech prizes for participating in the 3rd Annual interactive Web hunt games, which asked viewers of the credit union’s Web site to search and collect specific items. When all items had been found, the user was displayed a phrase which they then inserted into Belvoir Federal’s customized application on Facebook.

The Web hunt brought increased pageviews to the credit union’s Web site, additional brand exposure for specific product and services, and a growth in the number of Facebook fans on the credit unions social network. The more fans that are accumulated during electronic pushes, such as the Web hunt, gives Belvoir Federal the ability to reach more members and non-members.   

Belvoir Federal awarded 10 prizes for the 2012 Web hunt, ranging from a Gateway Netbook, a Nextbook Tablet, an Olympus Digital Camera, and seven $25 gas gift cards. All winners were excited to learn that they had won and one winner announced, “Thank you so much for this. I’m so glad we converted to you (Belvoir Federal) a few years ago. We’ve been very happy with the service.”
