C. Myers Basic and Advanced A/LM Education Courses – Winter 2016

C. Myers Corporation will be hosting a basic and advanced A/LM Education event in Phoenix, Arizona.  C. Myers will present The Fundamentals:  Using A/LM as a Weapon on Wednesday and Thursday, November 30 and December 1, and Advanced Balance Sheet Management Strategies on Friday, December 2.

The Fundamentals: Using A/LM as a Weapon provides a solid foundation of ALM concepts.  Beyond understanding of concepts necessary to address regulatory expectations, C. Myers demonstrates the value of using A/LM to support effective decision-making in managing a safe and sound credit union, and will address practical issues credit unions struggle with daily.  Participants will leave the course better equipped to make business decisions using A/LM to evaluate those decisions.

The Advanced Balance Sheet Management Strategies builds on the concepts provided in The Fundamentals: Using A/LM as a Weapon course.  Previous concepts are explored in more depth and new complex subjects are introduced.  The consequences of not asking the right questions have become more severe.  This course will focus on questions to ask when contemplating key strategic decisions.
