California Members Title Insurance Company, serving credit unions, mortgage bankers, and institutional lenders across California, has announced plans to expand its staff and operations throughout Ventura County, California. A CUSO wholly-owned by California Credit Union, California Members Title Insurance is a full-service title insurer and settlement organization serving all California real estate needs.
Curtis Murrieta has joined the organization as senior account executive. A 30-year veteran of the title and real estate industry, Murrieta is an experienced executive with a history of excellence in serving clients, including realtors, lenders, escrows and investors. Prior industry experience includes Stewart Title, Equity Title and Commonwealth Title.
In addition, Dave Wheeler has joined the company as senior account executive. With over three decades working in title insurance and related industries, Wheeler has served in senior roles with Fidelity Title, Lawyers Title, Consumers Title, and Pacific Coast Title. Both individuals will focus on serving clients and expanding the company’s operations across Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
