KINGSTON – Mid-Hudson Valley Credit Union is holding a call for entries for their Annual Photo Contest celebrating the seasonal beauty of the Hudson Valley. The photos feature the tri-county area of Ulster, Dutchess and Orange counties. Fifteen photos will be selected to receive monetary prizes of $250 for first, $200 for second, $150 for third and $50 for each honorable mention. All selected photos are also to be included in the 2011 monthly MHV calendar.

Accepted subjects can include local scenery, annual events, area structures, historic sites, natural wonders, and restructured or renovated areas from any time period. Entries must be unaltered, original photographs in either print or digital format. All entries must be submitted with an entry form. To enter the contest you must be a member of Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. Photos including people as the primary subject cannot be accepted and will be automatically disqualified. Photos will be accepted until August 31, 2010.
