Callahan & Associates announces interactive training bootcamp for Peer-to-Peer

WASHINGTON, DC (May 5, 2017) — Callahan & Associates is excited to introduce Peer-to-Peer Bootcamp, a two-day, interactive training program designed to help credit union executives better understand the power of Peer-to-Peer and discover how performance benchmarking can help them perform their jobs better.

Four bootcamps are scheduled for the remainder of 2017: June 20-21 in Philadelphia, September 14-15 in Seattle, October 2-3 in San Francisco, and October 4-5 in Los Angeles. Interested credit unions can visit here to get more information and to register.

During the two-day bootcamp, attendees will learn to:

  • Identify which credit unions and banks provide meaningful comparisons for their credit union
  • Manipulate data using advanced functions and graphing options
  • Leverage advanced reporting options to create customized benchmarking scorecards for each department in your credit union
  • Set-up the system to automatically update and send quarterly reports in PowerPoint, Excel, or in an online slideshow.

“Attendees of Peer-to-Peer Bootcamp will learn how to use the program more efficiently with tips, tricks, and shortcuts,” said course instructor and industry analyst, Liz Furman. “The course is set up so you can go back to work with reporting that will provide meaningful and actionable insights. After the two days, attendees will return to their credit union better equipped to perform data activities relative to their role at their credit union.”

Callahan & Associates successfully beta launched this program with 15 credit unions attendees in Washington, DC. Attendees came from various departments (retail, marketing, administrative, finance, etc). and their knowledge of Peer-to-Peer varied from 15-year expert to new users.

The cost of the bootcamp is $500.  More information can be found here.
