Capital Credit Union announces Fargo market president Kevin Kragnes

Capital Credit Union today announced the hiring of Kevin Kragnes as Fargo market president. Kragnes has more than 25 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.

As market president, Kragnes will lead Capital Credit Union’s Fargo branch business and commercial lenders, with a focus on growing the credit union’s Fargo-market business services.

“As we look to grow in the Fargo market, we are thrilled to add Kevin to our team,” says Capital Credit Union CEO Vance Reinbold. “He is well-respected, knows the market well and has a very strong background in financial services. As market president, Kevin will be an integral part of helping our credit union’s business services grow.”

Kragnes joins the Capital Credit Union team from Starion Bank, where he had been vice president business banking officer since 2014. Prior to Starion Bank, Kragnes worked at Town and Country Credit Union for seven years as vice president of business lending. He is a member of the West Fargo Exchange Club and is a church council member at Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo.

Kragnes earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He lives in West Fargo with his wife Kari and and has two adult children.
