Capital Credit Union announces Member Services Manager Sophia Lee
BISMARCK, ND (August 21, 2023) — Capital Credit Union today announced the hiring of Sophia Lee as member services manager at their Main Office, located at 204 W Thayer Ave in Bismarck.
As member services manager, Lee will supervise frontline-service staff at all Bismarck and Mandan branches, executing strategies to help achieve the credit union’s growth goals. She will be responsible for providing members with services on a variety of complex transactions while following the credit union’s core values and service standards.
“After being in Bismarck for two years, I have heard from many people that Capital Credit Union has always treated them as a valued member or employee,” says Lee. “I know this is an organization I will be proud to work for.”
Lee attended University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, and has six years of experience in financial services. She joins the Capital Credit Union team from Starion Bank where she had worked since 2021. Lee is a mentor for the BIO Girls program and involved in Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network.
