Capital Credit Union employees promoted

GREEN BAY, WI (August 8, 2016) — Four Capital Credit Union employees were recently promoted.

Lindsey Throndset, former financial services representative, was recently named branch manager of Capital Credit Union’s South Branch in Bismarck. Throndset has been with Capital Credit Union for six years.

Throndset has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mary and an associate’s degree in business management from Bismarck State College. She currently serves as the secretary for the credit union’s internal Employee Involvement Team (EIT), employees who plan social activities that promote the credit union’s supportive work environment.

Tonya Haag, former head teller of Capital Credit Union’s South Branch, was recently named a financial services representative for the credit union’s contact center at its Main Office in Bismarck. Haag has been with Capital Credit Union since 2014.

Haag is a 2015 graduate of the credit union’s CU Lead program, an internal program to support and train staff who are in supervisory roles, and serves on its internal Wellness Committee, employees who promote physical and mental wellness among all employees.

Shanley Tischmak, former universal services representative at Capital Credit Union’s Sunrise Branch, was recently named a financial services representative at the credit union’s South Branch. Tischmak has been with Capital Credit Union since 2014.

Tischmak serves on Capital Credit Union’s Public Relations Team, employees who plan and organize community events to demonstrate the credit union’s commitment to social responsibility and active community participation. Tischmak also completed the following CU Excel training modules, internal education opportunities: Professional Member Service, Money and Negotiable Instruments, Credit Union Sales and Business Communication Skills.

DeAnn Grinsteinner, former teller, was recently named head teller at Capital Credit Union’s South Branch. Grinsteinner has been with Capital Credit Union since October 2015.
