Cardtronics Prices $200 Million in Senior Subordinated Notes
Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATM) today announced that it has priced an offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of senior subordinated notes due 2018 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 8 1/4% per annum and will be issued at a price to the public equal to 100.00% of the principal amount thereof.
Cardtronics intends to use all of the net proceeds from the Senior Notes offering to purchase its outstanding $200 million aggregate principal amount of 9 1/4% senior notes due 2013 pursuant to a tender offer and to redeem any such notes not acquired in the tender offer. Cardtronics expects the closing of the offering of Notes to occur on or about August 26, 2010.
