Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union receives Best of the Grand Strand award
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (July 11, 2019) — Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union was recently named Best in Banking in the WMBF Best of the Grand Strand Contest. This annual contest was created by WMBF News in 2014, as a way for those in our area to nominate and vote for their favorite businesses along the Grand Strand and recognize those businesses as the best, based on WMBF’s viewers. It has grown to include 6 main categories, food, entertainment, shopping, home improvement, professional services and health and beauty. There are over 100 subcategories under those main 6. Although Carolina Trust is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, they were placed in the professional services category with the other banks.
As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, the Credit Union returns profits to member/owners through competitive rates, lower fees, personal attention and innovative services. Theses are just a few of the reasons that the Grand Strand Area chose Carolina Trust as Best in Banking.
