Catholic Vantage Financial seeks nominations for Teacher Impact Awards

Program will recognize educators who made an impact during pandemic

In celebration of National Teacher Appreciation Week, May 3 – 7, 2021, Catholic Vantage Financial (CVF) is proud to announce the 2021 Teacher Impact Awards, recognizing educators who have worked tirelessly to educate, support and impact students during these unprecedented times.

“The pandemic has changed the traditional education model for both teachers and students in significant ways,” said Eric Rothert, CVF Vice President of Marketing. “This award is designed to recognize and reward educators who work tirelessly to teach children in socially distanced and virtual situations, ensuring safety for all and supporting students’ fears and concerns.”

Any individuals, 18 and over, who live, work, worship or attend school in 29 Michigan counties CVF serves,  www.mycvf.org/about, are eligible to nominate a well-deserving educator they know and describe how their nominee has impacted student/s lives during the past year.

Online nominations can be made at www.mycvf.org/impact . A total of twelve educators will be randomly selected to receive a $500 CVF VISA® gift card. CVF will award eight educators in kindergarten through 8th grades and four educators in high school. Adults who nominate the winners will also receive a $50 CVF VISA gift card. will be selected.

The deadline for nominations is 5:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

“From our new digital financial learning platform to our in-school programs focusing on financial literacy, this is just another way to continue our long and storied tradition of supporting educators and the communities we serve,” added Rothert. “We hope our communities will take advantage of this opportunity to say thanks to the educator in their student’s life who has made an impact this school year.”
