CCCU hosts diaper drive for children in Clark County foster care

LAS VEGAS, NV (February 13, 2024)Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) is hosting a diaper and wipes drive to  support children in Clark County Foster Care. Cash donations are also being accepted at each of their branch  locations or via a secure online portal. The initiative was launched to support caretakers who foster children in  need and spread awareness of the nearly 3,400 children currently in care, from toddlers to teenagers.

“As the credit union for all city and county employees, we want to help issues that impact our local government  and our community,” said CEO Matt Kershaw. “Many of our credit union members are foster parents as well and  we want to help them care for some of our community’s most vulnerable children. We hope our members,  employees and friends to the credit union will join us as well.”

Donations of diapers in all sizes from one to toddler are greatly appreciated. CCCU will collect diapers and wipes  for the drive from now through February 28, 2024, at their six branch locations. Cash donations can also be  made via the secure online portal through the end of the month.
