Centric Federal Credit Union launched a new website featuring a clean, upbeat design and a simplified content management system. The website was designed and built by On The Mark Strategies, a recognized leader in speaking, branding, planning and marketing services for credit unions.
“When our executive team made the strategic decision to change website providers, we needed to move quickly to get a new site designed, approved and implemented,” said Kelli Green, Vice President of Marketing for Centric FCU. “In three short months, we were able to do exactly that. The new website incorporates many elements from our previous site but creates an overall cleaner look and better user experience. Not to mention how much simpler the backend is for our marketing team! We now have full ownership of our site and couldn’t be happier.”
Centric FCU serves Ouachita and Lincoln parishes in northwest Louisiana. The credit union currently serves more than 22,000 members and has nearly $194 million in assets. The new website is the next step in a series of initiatives Centric FCU has taken to deliver a personal, simple experience to help members “Live Better.”
