ITHACA, NY (February 11, 2014) – CFCU Community Credit Union (CFCU) is pleased to announce the selection of Michael D’Angelo as the organization’s new Vice President of Member Experience.

Michael D’Angelo is an innovative operations and member service leader and is experienced in driving financial performance excellence and growth in the credit union environment. In his last position as Vice President/Director of Eastern Regional Sales at Xceed Financial Credit Union in Rochester, New York, Michael was instrumental in implementing strategic growth plans and creating a successful re-branding initiative when Xerox Federal became Xceed Financial. He worked to increase efficiency and productivity across all operations and improve service delivery to members. He has successfully implemented several proposals aimed at cost savings, revenue generation, and increasing sales and member service at Xceed Financial. Michael holds a B.S. in Business/Public Management from the State University of New York.
