CFE and O’Dang Hummus savor success together in recent business partnership
LAKE MARY, FL (December 29, 2015) — CFE Federal Credit Union and O’Dang Hummus have discovered a new recipe for success in business together.
After recently receiving a crucial business loan and six months of complimentary office space from CFE, O’Dang Hummus has launched its hummus-inspired sauces in marquee, regional and national supermarkets, including Publix Super Markets.
Jesse Wolfe, CEO of O’Dang Hummus, said, “CFE’s decision to partner with O’Dang Hummus comes at a critical time as we grow our distribution in Florida and beyond. CFE’s history and purpose are deeply rooted in the same community as O’Dang Hummus, making this partnership all the sweeter.” A portion of the loan will be used to increase O’Dang Hummus’ distribution footprint in Florida, while also providing funds for continuing daily operations.
Wolfe, a recent University of Central Florida College of Business Administration graduate, and CFE were introduced at a UCF Dean’s Speaker series event where Wolfe presented his business idea to CFE.
CFE views itself as a vital resource in the Central Florida small business community according to Kevin Miller, Chief Administrative Officer at CFE. “Credit unions are becoming more and more inclined to do business with small businesses like O’Dang.
