Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union names Rob Picard as the new President/Chief Executive Officer

HAMPDEN, ME (September 13, 2019) — The Board of Directors of Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union is very excited to announce the hiring of Rob Picard as their new President/CEO, placed by O’Rourke and Associates. Mr. Picard will replace long-term CEO, Sue Cross who will be retiring after 33 years of dedicated service.

Prior to joining Changing Seasons FCU, Rob has spent over 12 years in banking and finance. His previous experience includes roles such as heading Member Services/Lending Development for Franklin-Somerset FCU. He has also held several leadership and managerial roles with Bank of America, Ameriprise Financial and TD Bank.

Rob is a passionate leader with a proven track record of helping employees and organizations grow and exceed their desired objectives. He brings over 10 years of experience in banking, finance and leadership to Changing Seasons FCU.

Rob lives in Vassalboro with his wife and 3 beautiful daughters. He also was a former professional golfer and enjoys playing with his family and friends.
