ChannelNet partners with StrategyCorps

ChannelNet has entered into a strategic partnership with StrategyCorps to use ChannelNet’s OneClick Financial, a patented digital engagement platform, to optimize consumer adoption of its BaZing mobile rewards app for banks and credit unions.

The ChannelNet StrategyCorps partnership will also provide financial institutions with white-label, turn-key digital engagement functionality designed to cross sell traditional banking products and services for banks and credit unions within the BaZing mobile rewards app.

ChannelNet and StrategyCorps partnered to meet the growing requirement for financial institutions to deliver a more relevant and personal digital experience, which is critical to drive trust, loyalty, and a deeper relationship that ultimately drives profitability. Bryan Clagett, managing partner at Jamestown Associates and an industry veteran, advised on the partnership.

The white label BaZing app delivers a modern and engaging bundle of lifestyle benefits like roadside assistance, cell phone insurance and local merchant discounts to enhance the checking experience. These benefits are at a price point much less than what consumers are already paying at other individual providers of these benefits. For customers/members, this produces material savings for everyday services. For financial institutions, their checking products are upgraded and differentiated, and significant recurring revenue is generated via a subscription revenue model.

OneClick Financial is a data-driven, digital engagement platform designed to make communication between financial institutions and their customers/members automated, cost-effective, and engaging. It also presents relevant product offers based on customer/member life stages. OneClick Financial provides each customer/member with their own personal web page that smartly offers relevant products and services, integrates with social media, displays video, provides educational content, gathers customer/member feedback and provides leads.

Paula Tompkins, CEO of ChannelNet, says, “We are thrilled to partner with StrategyCorps as it enables us to provide an even more relevant experience for financial institution consumers though a dynamic mobile app like BaZing.”

“More and more consumers want to purchase additional traditional retail banking services via a mobile first platform. This kind of platform combined with market proven, money-saving benefits creates relationship building experiences beyond just basic transactions.”, said Mike Branton, partner at StrategyCorps. “Our partnership with ChannelNet provides financial institutions this type of mobile platform to meet the needs of today’s customers/members.”
