The Charlotte Observer names Jack Henry & Associates to Top Workplaces list for third consecutive year
Company recognized for engaging workplace culture, commitment to professional development
MONETT, MO (October 3, 2017) — Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ:JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Today the company announced that it has been recognized among the 2017 Top Workplaces in the Charlotte area by The Charlotte Observer. Jack Henry & Associates ranked no. 34 in the Small Companies category.
Since 2006, The Charlotte Observer has partnered with WorkplaceDynamics, a national research firm, to distribute employee surveys and analyze feedback to determine the region’s best workplaces. The final rankings are based on criteria such as opportunities for advancement, workplace practices and overall engagement. There are approximately 140 Jack Henry & Associates employees working from its Charlotte office.

Organizations with 35 or more employees in the Charlotte metro area (Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Union counties in North Carolina, and Lancaster and York counties in South Carolina) were eligible to participate in the Workplace Dynamic survey. A response rate of 35 percent was required for companies to be recognized as a Top Workplace.
