Chimney wins Best of Show at FinovateFall 2023 for its newest product, Chimney Home
Chimney recognized with Best of Show award at Finovate for second time, with a game changing announcement for homeowners

At FinovateFall, Chimney’s co-founder and CRO, Chase Neinken demoed Chimney Home – the first solution that combines financial data with a homeowner’s property data to enable financial institutions to make personalized offers and product recommendations for homeowners. Chimney Home impressed Finovate’s audience with its suite of innovative tools that financial institutions can use to drive engagement, inform product offers and grow loan volume, including Chimney Estimate, which gives banks a customer-facing home value estimate that keeps homeowners engaged with their brand.
To determine Best of Show winners, Finovate attendees were asked to rate presenters on the basis of the demo and the potential impact of the innovation. After two days of live demos from more than 60 innovative fintechs, attendees submitted their rankings and Chimney was one of the six companies with the most votes at this year’s event. This marks the second time Chimney has won this accolade, as the company was first named a Best of Show winner at FinovateSpring 2021.
