Clark County Credit Union earns 2025 Top Workplaces Honor in Nevada

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 12, 2025) |

Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) has been recognized by the Las  Vegas Review-Journal and Business Press as one of Nevada’s Top Workplaces for 2025. This prestigious honor is  based entirely on feedback from CCCU employees, collected through a confidential survey conducted by  Energage, LLC, a leading employee engagement technology partner.

The survey evaluates key areas of employee experience, including whether team members feel respected and  supported, empowered to take initiative, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

“We are honored to receive this recognition as a Top Workplaces in Nevada for the fourth year in a row,” said Matt  Kershaw, CEO of CCCU. “This award shows that prioritizing employees extends far beyond our walls. It’s a  reflection of the culture we strive to build every day and the impact it has on our organization and the communities  we serve.”

CCCU not only focuses on creating a positive work environment for employees but also takes pride in giving back  to the community and its members. The credit union regularly hosts volunteer events, supports college bound  students through its Smart Start Scholarship program, and hosts an annual school supply drive for Title 1 schools  in the valley. Additionally, CCCU offers employees a highly competitive 401(k) match, bereavement leave and paid  volunteer time off.

Craig Fraley, who has been with CCCU for 31 years, shared, “I love my job and working with our members and  potential members in the community. I am not surprised that we are again being recognized as a Top Workplace – the credit union is truly a wonderful place to work.”
