CO-OP Financial Services plans interactive exhibit for CUNA GAC 2018

CO-OP presence in booth #301 and its networking lounge aims to start dialogue on why “Integration is Innovation” for credit unions

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (February 22, 2018)This Sunday, CO-OP Financial Services will treat Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) Exhibit Hall attendees to an exploration of the new integrated delivery ecosystem, made possible by technology and expected by today’s consumers. “Integration is Innovation” is the company’s recommended strategic path for credit unions to transform the banking experience for digital consumers – intersecting technology, data, delivery channels and overall financial solutions.

“According to EY, 85% of banks are investing in digital transformation as their primary strategy in 2018, while 40 million U.S. consumers are expected to go online exclusively from mobile devices this year,” said Todd Clark, President/CEO, CO-OP. “That’s a strong endorsement for the digitization of our movement. We know servicing today’s credit union members requires a cohesive, data-driven, omni-digital ‘click and mortar’ channel mix and CO-OP is in position to make this possible.”

“While integration certainly accounts for building new and emerging products into the member journey, it’s also about seamlessly integrating all the channels members demand into a single experience,” continued Clark. “CO-OP is committed to helping credit unions become experts at engagement through apps, branches, mobile, desktop web, call centers, chatbots and more, all integrated and working seamlessly together. We’re very much looking forward to sharing those plans with credit union leaders at GAC.”

Inside the CO-OP Booth, #301 at the entrance of the exhibition hall, GAC attendees can expect to:

  • Demo several innovations recently rolled out or soon to be launched by CO-OP, including the

MyCO-OP client portal and the firm’s latest innovations in mobile.

  • Learn about CO-OP’s data intelligence strategies in creating customized, integrated experiences for credit unions and members in today’s rapidly evolving digital environment.
  • Meet CO-OP’s new leadership team members, who are helping build the new, transforming CO-OP.
  • Enter for a chance to win a free registration to THINK 18 in Chandler, Arizona, May 7-10, 2018.

In addition to the interactive booth CO-OP plans in space #301 of the exhibit hall, the firm will also host the CO-OP Networking Lounge. The lounge will be located just outside the exhibition floor entrance, to the right as attendees approach the doors. It will be open on the Monday and Tuesday of the conference, and offer busy credit union executives an opportunity to connect with colleagues, check email, grab a snack or just rest and recharge with some feet-up time.

“2017 was an incredibly transformative year for both CO-OP and our credit union clients who we are proud to count as co-creators in the future of payments,” said Clark. “We promised ‘a new CO-OP,’ and we’re looking forward to demonstrating exactly what that means next week. Credit unions will see more clearly how CO-OP’s transformation is their transformation.”
