RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (August 22, 2012) – Moving to continue close strategic relationships with its member credit unions, CO-OP Financial Services has promoted Jackie Scheuerlein to Vice President, Relationship Management.
“Our nationwide team of relationship managers ensures that our member credit unions have a go-to source to maximize the benefit from their business with CO-OP Financial Services,” said Eric Porter, Executive Vice President, Business Development. “Jackie has been part of this team for more than 10 years and has led the group for the past year as Director. Her promotion to Vice President is in recognition of her fine team leadership.”
Joining the company in 2001, Scheuerlein has previously held positions as Business Development Manager, National Relationship Manager (NRM) and, since December 2011, as Director, Relationship Management.
As Vice President, Relationship Management, Scheuerlein is responsible for CO-OP’s relationship managers, overseeing and setting the direction for initiatives that affect retention, add on sales and client satisfaction.
