Most recently, Delaware Electric Cooperative (DEC) members who attended the DEC annual meeting and community fair, had the opportunity to stop by Dover Federal Credit Union’s booth; a financial not-for-profit cooperative. Operating under the philosophy of people helping people, Dover Federal provided the opportunity for DEC members to Enter to Win one month’s electric bill paid on their behalf. Deb Jewell, Director of Marketing for Dover Federal, had the pleasure of notifying Mr. Bill McVay, and congratulating him on being randomly selected as the lucky winner to receive a $250 credit to his DEC account. Mrs. Jewell stated, “When Cooperatives unite, the members benefit.
