Coastal Federal Credit Union opens new branch in Carrboro
RALEIGH, NC (May 12, 2016) — Coastal Federal Credit Union opened a new branch at 310 E. Main Street, Suite 110, in Carrboro. The 1,500 square foot storefront is the first branch in Orange County and is located between Fleet Feet Sports and Rise Biscuits & Donuts.
Leading the charge at the Coastal’s Carrboro branch is Steve Hardee, Branch Manager. Steve is a lifelong resident of Orange County, and brings 28 years in financial services and expertise to Coastal and our membership.
“The communities of Carrboro and Chapel Hill, as well as Orange County, have seen quite a bit of growth in recent years,” said Coastal’s President & CEO, Chuck Purvis. “Coastal has seen our membership increase in those communities as well. By building a branch that services their financial needs in their community, we are better able to serve our members through this expansion.”
The new Carrboro branch features:

· 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. teller service, 7 days a week
