COCC featured during CCUA Marketplace Monday

SOUTHINGTON, CT (May 20, 2021) — Sue Salecky, SVP – Chief Marketing Officer at COCC, was featured in a spotlight session during the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) Marketplace Monday series this May. The interview focused on the evolving digital landscape and how credit unions can utilize technology to keep pace with the challenges facing the industry.

Sue spoke on many topics relating to the digital environment including how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected online banking, how credit unions can compete with larger financial institutions and grow within the digital channels, and how COCC is able to help credit unions leverage technology and data to offer an immersive member experience.

The interview was featured during the CCUA’s session focusing on digital transformation. The session comes at a time when credit unions continue to manage a shifting digital landscape accelerated by the pandemic.
