Iowa-Collins Community Credit Union has entered the national conversation surrounding low-income housing.
This Iowa based credit union has pledged $50 million dollars to finance the purchase, retention, and establishment of affordable housing units.
In part, Collins will purchase loans from other financial institutions that are concentrated on affordable housing and support the borrowers through the financial process.
