CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union appoints Chris Olinick as Chief Experience Officer

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Olinick as its new Chief Experience Officer. Mr. Olinick is responsible for leading a cohesive member experience vision and directing the functions of the credit union’s branch network, member contact center, and digital banking efforts. He will also be responsible for the planning and execution of digital transformation strategies that extend the member experience at all touchpoints.

Mr. Olinick is a highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative executive leader with 25-years of strategic leadership experience serving the financial services industry. He excels at building departments from the ground up to deliver profitable results and is dedicated to driving organization’s mission through internal and external partnerships, customer service, and project management.

Mr. Olinick previously served as the Vice President – Branches, Customer Relationships Management (CRM) Engagement, Governance, Administration, Operations, Lending and Residential Mortgage Origination for Partners Federal Credit Union in Orlando, FL, where he supervised the financial operations to support to all Florida branches and residential mortgage origination service delivery activities.

“For the past 15 years, I lived the credit union movement with an institution rich in tradition and the member experience. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Psychology from the University of Phoenix – Orlando, FL. He is an International Business Honor Society Member, Delta Mu Delta. He is also actively engaged with Foothill FCU providing leadership mentoring and spent time with Amoco FCU Senior Leadership Team, to assist them with enhancements to their sales strategy and their incentive programs.
