Community Resource Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Avella as Vice President of Organizational Development. As an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in financial services with a significant emphasis on Team and market development, Avella will oversee CRFCU financial services and marketing/business development channels.
“Jeff is an innovative business leader in the area of market and product development, implementing his experience in coaching sales teams to deliver exceptional service and value to our members,” said Terry Langlois, President, CRFCU.
Jeffrey joins Community Resource FCU following a 20- year career within financial services working with teams at a local and regional level; he was responsible for market development, recruitment, coaching and mentoring within multiple branches; and is passionate about delivering the highest level of service and value to our members.
Jeffrey's involvement in charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish where he is a Wish Granter and Stand Up for Cancer contributes to his belief for We Rise by Lifting Other's.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Mercy College where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance. He currently resides in Clifton Park, NY. with his wife and two daughters.
