LATHAM, NY (December 5, 2014) -- Community Resource Federal Credit Union’s Charity Committee held Pet Photos With Santa at its 20 Wade Road office on Saturday December 6, 2014. 63 cats and dogs attended the event that raised $1,250 for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
“The employees get a lot of help from our members for this fundraiser. We have members who donate handmade dog coats, holiday decorations and dog treats for sale at the event. This year, our member, George Parker, stepped into the role of Santa after our original Santa retired to Florida. In addition, Shawn Morgan Photography donates a portion of his services for free every year,” said Wendy Meola, Director of Marketing at Community Resource Federal Credit Union.
