Compliance firm PolicyWorks expands services with addition of GRC Technology platform ViClarity
DES MOINES, IOWA (March 4, 2020) — Regulatory compliance firm PolicyWorks today announced it has acquired ViClarity, an international technology provider based in Ireland. ViClarity distributes the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform of the same name developed and launched in 2008. The award-winning ViClarity platform was initially developed for the credit union industry in Ireland and is now used by more than 300 clients in financial services and other regulated industries across Europe and North America.
ViClarity was named to the 2019 REGTECH 100 list, which is billed as a collection of the world’s most innovative regtech companies. Their full-service and fully customizable platform, with more than a decade of proven effectiveness, allows users to identify, monitor, score and report on GRC-related issues. In contrast to similar platforms, ViClarity offers an expedited onboarding process that gets most users up and running within weeks, quickly adding automation and ease to existing processes and procedures.
PolicyWorks’ credit union partners will be able to schedule a demonstration of the ViClarity platform immediately. PolicyWorks, including ViClarity team members, will be attending the CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington D.C., Feb 23 – 25, 2020. The team will provide demonstrations from booth No. 542 at various times throughout the conference; personal appointments can also be scheduled by reaching out directly to PolicyWorks.
