Rick Green, Global’s Vice President of Member Business Lending, will discuss the Financial Management Process faced by the small business owner.  Rick will provide useful skills and knowledge; included in the seminar is a Financial Management workbook as well as other financial worksheets and tools.

Rick Green grew up in the Inland Northwest, graduating from WSU.  He began his career in the appraisal business, continuing to asset based lending, managing commercial lending portfolios and structured financing for numerous real estate projects throughout the United States.  He is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. In addition, he is a licensed State of Idaho Real Estate Broker and State of Washington Real Estate Broker.  He also holds a position as a City of Coeur d’Alene Design Review Board Commissioner.
