North Haven, Conn. (June 8, 2012) – Connex recently donated $500.00 to Guilford High School’s Project Graduation. Project Graduation is an all-night, substance-free celebration given for the graduating class by their parents and guardians. The event will take place at CoCo Key Water Resort in Waterbury.
“This donation will help fund scholarships for students who are unable to afford the cost of Project Graduation,” said Susan Knapp, Project Graduation’s Co-Chair. “In addition to swimming, students will enjoy bingo, a hypnotist, video games and a hot breakfast. It’s a great event for all students.”
“Connex is proud to support a safe and fun night for graduating seniors,” said Amy Stanton, AVP of marketing at Connex Credit Union. “This year Connex supported both the North Haven and Guilford Project Graduation efforts.”
