In conjunction with an initiative to deliver 500 free outbound calls to members for credit unions in the cuasterisk.com network, two Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSOs – Xtend, Inc., and CU*Answers, Inc. – sponsored a script-writing contest for credit union staffs. Jenny Moroski from Royal Oak, MI-based Rome Credit Union was selected as the winner of the contest for her script to help spur auto refinance loan activity.
Jenny comments, “I am thrilled to have been selected as this year’s contest winner. The success of building ongoing member relationships begins with utilizing all of the available delivery channels, and our CUSO partners at Xtend and CU*Answers make it easier for our credit union to stay on our members’ minds. We would not be able to do it without the support of our CUSO partners.
The 500-call campaigns, sponsored by CU*Answers, have been carefully selected to drive member awareness of credit union services, and the scripts from the contests will be incorporated into the execution process by the Xtension Call Center. Julie Gessner, Manager of Communication Services for Xtend, remarks, “Our marketing specialist and call center teams are always excited to assist our credit union partners. This year’s program allowed the credit union to pick from twenty campaign options, each designed to drive home the value of membership or the breadth of available services. Our number one goal is to reinforce for our partners that a targeted, professional call center can have a positive impact on their business plan. We hope that the 500 calls will just whet their appetite for utilizing their teams and ours to increase the level of member communication.”
