Coors Credit Union scholarships available for 2016-17 school year

GOLDEN, CO (March 16, 2016) — Coors Credit Union has announced that it is offering three $2,000 scholarships for the 2016-17 school year. Credit union membership is not required; one scholarship will be awarded to a Coors Credit Union member in good standing, and two to young adults within the Colorado community.

“Coors Credit Union is dedicated to helping young adults achieve their goals through higher education,” said Tracie Wilcox, CEO. “As proud members of the Colorado community in which we live and work, we are delighted to be able to offer these scholarships to any deserving student in Colorado as well as to members of the credit union.”

According to Wilcox, the scholarships will be awarded to three applicants who demonstrate a caring spirit and appreciation for others.

Applications must be submitted online by March 31, 2016, to be considered. Winners will be notified by May 15, 2016. Additional requirements and information are available at www.Coorscu.org/scholarships.
