Corporate Central is proud to announce and welcome Phomphaphone “Jeff” Phromkharanourak as an Associate Systems Engineer.
Phromkharanourak will be responsible for leveraging technology to improve the financial wellness of members by providing installation, migration, and support services for cloud solutions from Microsoft and other best of breed technologies. He will also provide pre-sales support to identify business and technical requirements and appropriate solutions to address members’ needs.
“Jeff will be a great addition to our growing team. As we continue to leverage technology within our organization, our technical staff must keep pace with the demands,” said Brian Nowak, Information Technology Director. “Jeff will not only enhance our team with his expertise, but also brings a new perspective to our offerings and further enhances our strong member service experience.”
Phromkharanourak’s background in information technology originated at a local law firm supporting their help desk. Prior to that, he migrated to support stock trading, environmental renewal of onsite computers and mobile devices. His experiences range from hardware support, computer repairs in procurement, managing computer life cycles and system administration.
“I’m an extremely passionate technology professional with a diverse technical background in cloud, security, and mobile technologies,” said Phromkharanourak. “I am excited to join the Corporate Central team and look forward to knowledge sharing, collaboration, and teamwork, while implementing innovative solutions to assist staff and members.”
Phromkharanourak has an associate’s degree in Information Technology – Networking from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
