Today Credit Union AwarenessTM announced that the program is headed to Louisiana. This expansion comes on the heels of the relaunch of YourMoneyFurther.com – the only resource that connects more consumers directly to credit unions.

“Credit unions are in an ongoing battle for positioning and relevance in the financial marketplace. With the launch of the campaign here in Louisiana, we can collectively make strides in changing consumers’ perceptions of credit unions,” commented Lacey Weaver, LCUL senior vice president. “I’m looking forward to capitalizing on the local success of this national initiative and transitioning our strategy from awareness to conversion.”
Credit Union Awareness launched an expanded program strategy in 2022 that directly connects more consumers to credit unions. To date, the campaign has resulted in 4.3 billion impressions and over 11.9 million visits to YourMoneyFurther.com – a consumer-facing website that encourages visitors to learn more about the benefits of credit unions, and ultimately the pathways to membership.
