CRMNEXT presents free webinar to help credit unions enhance culture and member relationships

GREENVILLE, SC (May 28, 2021)CRMNEXT and CUInsight announce an all new webinar for leaders entitled, “Unlock Unconscious Bias to Improve Your Culture & Member Relationships.” This webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, June 16 at 1pm EDT and hosted by CUInsight.

This webinar will cover topics such as the difference between equity and equality, the definition of unconscious bias, and the importance of diversity. Attendees will walk away with actionable insights to ensure their credit unions are welcoming and inclusive to members and employees.
