CSI opens West Coast operations center to support growing document services customer base

To better serve new and current document services customers, Computer Services, Inc., (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, has opened a West Coast operations center in Sacramento, California. 

The new facility is one of five centers across the nation that support CSI customers’ document delivery initiatives, including print and mail services, eStatements, storage and archiving. Specifically, the Sacramento location provides robust solutions that support statement and document creation for financial institutions, utilities companies and businesses in other industries, helping them meet their communication needs more efficiently.

“The expansion of our document services footprint demonstrates CSI’s dedication to meeting all of our customers’ document delivery needs,” said Kurt Guenther, president of CSI’s Business Solutions Group. “Our goal for the new operations center is to help companies in the western region of the U.S. reduce the time and expense spent on creating and delivering vital customer documents.”

The new facility’s proximity to companies located in the western part of the United States gives them a more efficient and cost-effective means to obtain document delivery services, in turn allowing them to deliver a better customer experience.

Document services remains a key driver in CSI’s efforts to serve companies across multiple industries, including financial services, utilities and healthcare. The West Coast facility further demonstrates CSI’s commitment to managing its customers’ document printing, mailing and digital document delivery needs.
