CU 4 A CAUSE Announces Garden Wheel Barrow Raffle Winner Leona Zimmer From Deer Island

A wheel barrow filled with garden and back yard accessories was donated by the staff of St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union. In addition a gift certificate was donated by Joy Creek Nursery. The proceeds totaling $500 from this raffle benefit four Columbia County non-profit organizations:  Columbia County Relay for Life, Amani Center, Columbia County Women’s Resource Center, and Columbia Pacific Food Bank. Ellen Bailey, Controller at SHCU quoted “Thank you to all those in the community that purchased tickets and helped to make this fundraising campaign a success.”

CU 4 A CAUSE has been established to raise awareness and benefit non-profit organizations in Columbia County, Oregon through combined fundraising efforts by St. Helens community Federal Credit Union employees, community members, and community businesses.
