CU Realty Services expands team to support growth

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (March 21, 2016) — CU Realty Services, the No. 1 real estate services CUSO in the U.S., announces new hires to support its continued, year-over-year growth. Maintaining this momentum while retaining high customer satisfaction levels are directly related to having team leaders who are experts in their field. Building on this, CU Realty has expanded its team with four new positions. Each plays an integral part in meeting CU Realty’s mission: to help credit unions increase their purchase mortgage volume.

Deborah Jones steps into a new role as the Director of Client Services, overseeing all client support services as well as the account management and member services teams. Jones brings 32 years of experience in financial services to the CU Realty team, including 18 years with Boeing Employees’ Credit Union where she was the chief operating officer. Her experience includes time as an independent consultant and project manager for credit unions and CUSOs in addition to a long career at Pantea Consulting, where she served CU Realty for more than 12 years as a strategic alliance manager.

With more than 15 years experience in sales and account management, Harrison Dorne is CU Realty’s new account manager covering Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Massachusetts and Maine. Dorne arrives to CU Realty services from CoStar Group, where he provided commercial real estate marketing and advertising solutions to commercial brokers, property managers and investors. Dorne’s deep understanding of real estate marketing, valuation and transactions will be utilized in building relationships and boosting engagement in the East Coast region of the U.S.

Greg Fairbanks is CU Realty’s new account manager in the Southeast, serving Georgia and Florida. Fairbanks has worked extensively in this region of the U.S. where he served as the vice president of a national home warranty company for 19 years. Fairbanks’ career working with home buyers and sellers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers adds incredible value to the CU Realty team as well as to the credit unions the CUSO serves.

James Federis brings 28 years of title and escrow experience to the CU Realty Services team. Working as an account manager, he eagerly anticipates the opportunity to build long term alliances with credit unions throughout northern and southern California. Federis has career-long success in client relationship management in California where he primarily worked with real estate agents and mortgage brokers. His business-to-business skills will be leveraged to boost engagement and enhance the client experience.

“The wealth of experience and knowledge these four new employees bring to CU Realty not only enhances how the company operates,” says Mike Corn, president and CEO of CU Realty. “It also helps our credit union partners move forward with confidence and paves a path for a tremendous return on their investment.”
