CUAD announces election of Board of Directors
BISMARCK, ND (April 20, 2017) — The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas’ (CUAD) Annual Business Meeting was held on Wednesday, April 12th at The Lodge in Deadwood, SD. Elections for the CUAD and MASC (Mid-America Service Corp) Board were held, with Melanie Stillwell being newly elected. Joel Metz and Jeff Schmidt both retained their seats in the election, and a re-organization meeting was held following the business meeting.
The CUAD Board, their titles and divisions they represent are:
CUAD Board Chair – Shannon Webster (Senior VP of Marketing, Town & Country CU, Minot ND) holds the North Dakota At-Large seat.
CUAD First Vice Chair – Nick Woodard (CEO, United Savings CU, Fargo, ND) holds the Multi-State-At-Large seat.
CUAD Second Vice Chair – Melanie Stillwell (CEO, Western Cooperative CU, Williston, ND) was newly elected to ND Division A.
Secretary – Veronica Holweger (CEO Riverfork FCU, Grand Forks, ND) represents ND Division C.
MASC Chair – Jarrod Reisner (Senior VP of Finance, Black Hills FCU, Rapid City, SD) represents SD Division A.
MASC First Vice Chair – Joel Metz (Director, Prairie FCU, Minot, ND) was re-elected to represent ND Division B.
MASC Second Vice Chair – Mary Connick (CEO Minuteman FCU, Rapid City, SD) represents SD Division C.
Director – Jeff Schmidt (COO, Voyage FCU, Sioux Falls, SD) was re-elected and represents the SD At-Large seat.
Director – Peter Butterfield (CEO Dakota Plains FCU, Lemmon SD) represents SD Division B.
