CUAD announces new CAP member
BISMARCK, ND (January 30, 2017) — Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is excited to announce the addition of a new Cooperative Alliance Program (CAP) member, Baldini Lang LLC. Baldini Lang LLC is a law firm dedicated to providing high quality legal services to credit unions, including advice on high-risk financial technology contracts and regulatory compliance.
Founding partner Rich Lang proudly serves credit unions in Lang’s home state of South Dakota, and understands the credit union structure and mission as not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative financial institutions run by committed employees and governed by volunteer boards.
“Whether we are negotiating core processing agreements, advising on mergers, or providing other legal and compliance services, we put our skills and experience to work as passionate and collaborative advocates for our credit union clients,” says Lang. “We knew from experience that credit unions had very limited options for dedicated and affordable legal services, so we developed a law firm model specifically to meet that need.”
