Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is excited to announce they have been named a 2017 All Star Award winner for the fourth consecutive year by Constant Contact, an Endurance International Group company and a leader in email marketing solutions. The annual award recognizes the most successful 10 percent of Constant Contact’s customer base, based on their significant achievements using email marketing to engage their customer base and drive results for their organization during the prior year.
CUAD uses Constant Contact to launch their daily e-newsletter, the Memo. With an overall average open rate of 30 percent and an average click rate of 45 percent, the association’s newsletter is far above the industry average. In addition, CUAD maintains a lower than average bounce rate.
“We are pleased to be recognized by Constant Contact for achieving these strong results while engaging with our members,” says Jeff Olson, CUAD’s President/CEO. “It’s important for our members to receive these daily updates, as the political and regulatory environment changes almost daily. Small businesses and nonprofits using Constant Contact’s email marketing tools are eligible for this award. Criteria used to determine this year’s winners included: Level of engagement with email campaigns; Open, bounce, and click-through rates; Use of social sharing features; Use of mailing list sign-up tools; and Use of reporting tools.
