CUAD Summit benefits credit union foundation

(June 12, 2014) -- A check for $1,660 was presented to Peter Butterfield, Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas Chair, by Robbie Thompson, Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) President/CEO on June 5th at the Annual CUAD Summit in Sioux Falls, SD.

This year, $10 of each and every paid Summit registration fee was donated to the Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas (CUFD).  The CUFD strengthens the credit union movement throughout the Dakotas, across the US, and worldwide.

The mission of the CUFD is to provide broad based financial education for credit union members, their employees, and respective communities in North and South Dakota.  In addition, they support our credit unions in their efforts to carry out the people helping people philosophy in times of need.
